Description Cessna C182

The Cessna 182 Skylane is a 4 place cruising plane with strutted high wings, built entirely from aluminium. She is part of the airplane family with the highest production quantity as yet. She is powered by a large Lycoming IO-540, flat six engine with 540 ci, developing 230 HP and driving a constant speed airscrew. The excellent ratio of power to weight and the constant speed airscrew allow take offs from very short airfields. The very comfortable and spacious cabin in conjunction with long range capability and relatively high cruising speed provides 2-4 persons with an ideal combination for longer cross country trips within Europe.

Our C182 Skylane, with call sign D-EKTV, is equipped with the latest generation avionics: The glas cockpit Garmin G1000 with an integrated autopilot. She is certified vor visual flights all day round (VFR and NVFR), as well as instrument flights (IFR). By means of an optimized muffler she is certified as especially noise reduced.

Within LSV Günzburg the C182 is mainly used for touring flights.
